Rating Berks Endodontics as a 5 Star is under rating this office and their team. I have nothing but fantastic remarks and comments. Dr. Fry and his assistant, Luke have to be the absolute best duo that are knowledgeable and extremely experienced. I have had my fare share of going to the dentist but my experience here was without a doubt, wonderful! Dr. Fry needs to be awarded the dentist of the year for his amazing work. I have never had a root canal where I fell asleep for 20 minutes in the chair. He makes sure you are completely comfortable, relaxed and informed every step of the way. I only wish he would have done ALL of my dental work instead of being disappointed and robbed by multiple other dentists. And wait until you meet the ladies at the front desk....Kathy and Lorna are professional, helpful and as sweet as can be. For the first time in my life, I can honestly say, I can't wait to go back to the dentist next week. The BEST experience EVER!

I had a partial root canal at another dental office and the procedure could not be completed. I was referred to Berks Endodontics and met with Dr. Frey. Initially he wasn't sure if he'd be able to perform the surgery because the canal was hard to locate. He advised me that he'd work for a set amount of time to do his best to save the tooth. Although it took a while, he was able to successfully operate and save my tooth! Entire staff was awesome and I would highly recommend this practice!

This place is unprofessional unorganized office yet to come across ..... Dana is rude !! Received a bill bc they can't place claims correctly Here I spoke to my provider and they never placed a claim in Yet Kathy try to tell me they were out of network, which is a lie !! They don't accept fault at all and try to dumby down when I ask why wasn't it ran through my insurance Try to place blame I didn't give my information correctly 🤔 Ugggghh choose another endodontist at all cost !

I am giving a 5 star review of Berks Endodontics. I could not have asked for a better experience, having my first root canal. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist. The waiting room was welcoming, as though visiting someone's home. Luke, Dry Frey's assistant, listened with such patience, attentiveness, and empathy that my anxiety was removed. Dr. Frey performed the procedure with such skill and efficiency that I had no pain. Now, 2 days later, I'm feeling better than I have in a month.

This practice got me seen within 1 day after I was told I needed a root canal. Dr. Frey investigated further and referred me to an oral surgeon rather than wasting my time and money. He explained and showed through the X-rays why the tooth needed to be pulled. He spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions. I'd highly recommend him and this practice.
